A collaborative co-working space located in the heart of downtown Burbank — My Other Office — is celebrating its first anniversary since opening its doors in 2015.

Co-working spaces are fantastic new resources for entrepreneurs and startup businesses looking for office space and conference room accessibility that working from home does not provide.  The industry is growing rapidly and should only continue to do so; labor estimates indicate that by the year 2020 approximately 40%-50% of the nation’s workforce will be “freelance” workers.
